Rules for Customers:
1. While post counts don't increase in the Bazaar, general chat is still not allowed. Banner shops are for getting your stuff, then getting out. Do so.
2. There are no refunds, unless the shop owner decides to be gracious. Do not publicly demand for a refund. Send a polite PM. If you feel that the shop owner has purposely given you sub-standard work, contact a member of the Graphics Rating Panel (listed at the bottom of this post).
3. Follow the guidelines that the shop owner provides. This prevents a cluttered and confusing shop.
4. If someone receives a banner and refuses to pay, shop owners should first try and deal with the member privately. If they do not comply, contact an administrator and they will see that funds are transferred accordingly with 10% interest, as incentive to not waste our time in the future. IF YOU RECEIVE A BANNER, YOU MUST PAY, EVEN IF YOU HATE IT! IF YOU THINK YOU DESERVE A REFUND, CONTACT THE SHOP OWNER AND DEAL WITH IT AS SPECIFIED.
